Shalice Edwards joined us June 2018 initially as a Customer Care Center Associate. Shalice is known for using her excellent customer service skills to foster outstanding relationships with both clients and her colleagues.
Her thoughtfulness and concern for others embodies our Core Value, Do What’s Right. With everything happening in the world, now, more than ever, we need people like Shalice.
